01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 8899ph ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at 8899ph.cam. These Terms govern all aspects of your use of the 8899ph platform, including but not limited to registration, account management, deposits, withdrawals, participation in games, and access to promotions.

8899ph reserves the right to verify eligibility at any stage and to suspend or permanently close accounts where eligibility requirements are found not to be met. Any winnings or bonuses accumulated on an ineligible account may be forfeited in full.

03 Account Registration

To access 8899ph's games and services, you must create a personal account through the registration process on the platform. You are permitted to hold only one registered account on 8899ph. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

3.1 Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep such information updated at all times. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, email address, and any financial account details used for deposits or withdrawals. 8899ph may rely on the information you provide for Know-Your-Customer (KYC) verification, anti-money laundering (AML) checks, and payment processing.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 8899ph login credentials. Any activity occurring under your account is deemed to have been carried out by you. You must notify 8899ph immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. 8899ph will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to secure your credentials.

3.3 KYC Verification

8899ph reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued Philippine ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, Passport, UMID, or Driver's License), proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation. Withdrawal requests may be held pending successful completion of KYC verification. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

8899ph accepts deposits in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱) through the following approved payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Landbank, UnionBank, and Online Banking. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times are displayed in the 8899ph cashier at the time of transaction. All deposited funds must be used for legitimate gaming purposes only.

8899ph does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits must originate from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Deposits made from unverified or third-party sources may be reversed and accounts suspended pending investigation.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to the method's availability. 8899ph processes withdrawal requests within 24–72 hours on regular business days, subject to satisfactory completion of any applicable KYC verification.

• Withdrawal requests must meet the applicable minimum withdrawal amount specified in the cashier.

4.3 Currency

All account balances, transactions, and prizes are denominated in Philippine Pesos (₱ / PHP) unless otherwise stated. 8899ph does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies without express prior arrangement.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

8899ph offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, and referral credits. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonuses must be wagered the specified number of times (typically expressed as a multiplier, e.g., "30x") before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Validity Period: All bonuses and associated free spins have a validity period, after which unclaimed or unwagered bonus funds will expire and be removed from your account balance.
• One Bonus at a Time: 8899ph players may hold only one active deposit bonus at a time. Claiming a new deposit bonus while a previous bonus remains active may result in forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
• Game Restrictions: Certain games may contribute differently — or not at all — toward wagering requirements. Game contribution rates are specified in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Abuse Prevention: 8899ph reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim bonus funds in cases of suspected bonus abuse, including the use of automated betting strategies, duplicate accounts, or coordinated exploitation of promotional terms.

06 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games offered on the 8899ph platform — including Slots, Bingo, Live Casino, Jackpot games, and Sports Betting markets — operate under individual game rules accessible within each game interface. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing real-money wagers.

8899ph uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games, ensuring that outcomes are random, unpredictable, and free from operator interference. Live dealer games are streamed from licensed studios with independent oversight. 07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 8899ph platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent stage of account use.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts on the 8899ph platform, whether under the same or different identities.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence-assisted tools to interact with games or exploit promotional offers.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity through your 8899ph account.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live poker or multiplayer games.
• Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors in the 8899ph platform for financial gain.
• Charging back deposits processed through GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, or any other payment provider after using those funds for gaming.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where 8899ph's services are not permitted by applicable law.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the 8899ph platform — including but not limited to software, game titles, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, and video content — is the property of 8899ph or its licensed third-party suppliers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights or license to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any 8899ph content without prior written consent from 8899ph.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 8899ph platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

09 Responsible Gaming

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 8899ph's total liability to any player in connection with the platform and its services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8899ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, including loss of data, loss of profits, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service, even if 8899ph has been advised of the possibility of such damages. 8899ph is not responsible for losses arising from internet connectivity issues, device malfunctions, or third-party service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

11 Suspension & Termination

8899ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — where 8899ph suspects or determines that a player has:

• Breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provided false or fraudulent information to 8899ph.
• Failed to complete mandatory KYC verification within a reasonable period.
• Engaged in prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• Placed the platform, its reputation, or its license at risk through their conduct.

Upon termination for breach of these Terms, 8899ph reserves the right to withhold and forfeit any balance remaining in the account, including both real-money and bonus funds. Where termination is initiated by the player for non-breach reasons, any real-money balance (net of bonus funds subject to unfulfilled wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's verified payment method.

12 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before commencing any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with 8899ph through our internal complaints process by contacting the 8899ph support team. 8899ph aims to acknowledge all complaints within 5 business days and to resolve them within 30 business days, where reasonably possible.

13 Amendments to These Terms

8899ph reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email notification or prominent on-site notice at least 7 days prior to taking effect, where practicable. Continued use of the 8899ph platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with any amended Terms, your sole recourse is to discontinue use of the platform and close your account. 8899ph recommends bookmarking this page and reviewing it periodically.
